Mr. Trump’s Karoline Leavitt spokesman will become the youngest White House Press Secretary in American history, when he takes the position at the age of 27.
President -elect Donald Trump on November 15 announced the appointment of Karoline Leavitt, a spokesman for the campaign campaign and is now a power transfer group, as a White House press secretary.
“Karoline is smart, tough and proves to be an extremely effective communication. I fully believe she will express excellent on the podium and help convey our message to the people, when we bring the great American back again,” Mr. Trump said.
Leavitt, 27, will become the youngest White House Press Secretary in American history. Earlier, this title belonged to Ronald Ziegler, who undertaken this position under the government of former President Richard Nixon in 1969, at the age of 29.

Karoline Leavitt, full name is Karoline Claire Leavitt, born on August 24, 1997 in Atkinson, New Hampshire. Her family owns a ice cream shop and a used truck dealer in the town of Plaistow. Leavitt was married and had a son born in 2024.
After graduating from high school, Leavitt attended the University of Saint Ansy Antelm in Manchester City, New Hampshire and took a bachelor’s degree in communication and political science. She used to work at WMUR-TV Television in college.
Leavitt started his career as a summer trainee at the President’s letter office in the White House before the last year of college. After graduating from college, she worked at this office before moving to the White House press office as an assistant to the press secretary to Kayleigh Mcenany during the first term of the Trump administration.
“Being served President Trump and meeting many great people on this journey is the honor of my life,” Leavitt wrote when sharing a photo taken at the Oval room in January 2021.

After the Trump administration ended for the beginning of 2021, she was the media director for Elise Stefanik, New York State MP.
In 2022, Leavitt elected to the House of Representatives as a Republican member representing the No. 1 National Assembly region of the state of New Hampshire. She won the Republican preliminary round but eventually lost to the opponent of the Democratic Party, an incumbent MP Chris Pappas. However, Leavitt still marked the second person of the Z gene to win the preliminary election round that year after Maxwell Frost, who was now a Florida MP.
Mr. Trump did not support any candidate in the preliminary election that year, but praised Leavitt’s victory in New Hampshire state, describing her “great energy and intelligence”.
After that, she participated in the campaign of Republican candidate Donald Trump. As a spokesperson, Leavitt has become an acquaintance with the media, often appearing on television and radio programs to protect Mr. Trump.
She always side by side with Mr. Trump throughout the campaign throughout the United States, accompanied him to the Court in Manhattan to attend the trial of the case of counterfeiting the case related to the money of the porn star.
In July, when Leavitt had just returned from the hospital to the case of being difficult and watching Mr. Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, the gunman Thomas Crooks shot a series of bullets to assassinate the Republican candidate.
“I looked at my husband and said ‘It seems you have to go back to work now,” she said. “Mr. Trump risked his life to win this election. Therefore, I found that at least I had to quickly return to work.”
Leavitt said she received a “warm” phone call from Trump, asking her postpartum situation. Mr. Trump then transferred his phone to his wife Melania and the two shared about being a mother.
“Mr. Trump and Melania talked about their love for Barron. He joked: We have a young son, but now the boy is not young anymore!” “.
Just 4 days after giving birth to a son, Leavitt returned to the campaign with a speech about the assassination and continued to accompany Mr. Trump in the last months before the November election.
“Karoline is one of the most reliable associates of the president elected,” Sebastian Gorka, one of the two candidates considered as Deputy Deputy National Security Advisor of Mr. Trump. “You can see that through the fact that she is trusted to entrust some of the most important notices related to the new cabinet.”
