A video recording the moment before the accident of the British Superbikes in Oulton Park on Monday was posted on social networks.

Sadly British Superbikes racers lost their lives after the continuous accident of 11 people in Oulton Park, the event was canceled. The horrific accident on Monday caused 11 riders to fall in the first bend.
Although the medical team quickly arrived at the scene, Owen Jenner, 21 and Shane Richardson, 29, died pitifully from the accident.
The horrific scenes on Monday were broadcast live on the TV when a driver lost control when leaving the first bend, causing them to slide through the asphalt and crash into another opponent. Comment on this problem for ITV, commentator Greg Haines said: ‘Realabnormal. In many ways, it is amazing that this does not happen more often – thanking God no. But the beginning of the race is always the most dangerous time because everyone gathered together from a standing starting point.
‘It is the risk that cyclists have to accept and they know that may happen. But having two cyclists lost their lives is completely horrified and many other bicyclists are injured – I wish them all the best. ‘
Haines continued to add in the third morning that this was “one of the worst accidents I have witnessed and I talked to many of my colleagues last night”.
Jenner was treated at the track, but died of “catastrophic” head injury despite being actively recovered at the medical center of the race.
Richardson was also treated at the golf course before being transferred to Royal Stoke University Hospital with serious wounds in the chest. He died before arriving.
The motorcyclists in the back hit each other, a total of 11 motorbikes related to this deadly accident.

Cheshire police also confirmed that an accident investigation was being conducted, coordinating with the investigating police and racing agencies.
The spokesman of the police said: ‘The police are investigating two deaths on behalf of the police investigation after the continuous collision in Oulton Park this afternoon – Monday 5, May’.
Meanwhile, in an official statement, Motorsport Vision Racing (MSVR) confirmed the terrible news that both Jenner and Richardson have died.
The statement began: ‘When starting the race to win the UK UK Quattro Group this afternoon in Oulton Park, when out of the first bend, the corner of Old Hall in the first round, a chain reaction occurred, causing 11 riders to fall.
‘The race immediately stopped and medical services at the race were implemented.
‘Due to the seriousness of the incident and medical intervention, the rest of the Bennette British Superbike Championship event was canceled.
‘This catastrophic accident caused two motorbikes to die and another injured.’
Regarding Jenner, the continued statement: ‘Owen Jenner (21) was originally treated at the track and was later taken to the racing medical center, where although he was actively recovered, he died from serious head injury.’
Later, Richardson was confirmed to have passed away.
The statement added: ‘Shane Richardson (29) was originally treated at the railway and was later taken to the racetrack medical center before being transferred to Royal Stoke University Hospital with serious chest wounds. He died before arriving. ‘
The friend racing Tom Tunstall was seriously injured and taken to the hospital.
