Mr. Trump: ‘It will take 200 years if each immigrant trial’
Mr. Trump criticized the Supreme Court that hindered the effort to expel illegal immigrants, saying it would take up to 200 years if the trial of each case would be.

“My great team is doing an extraordinary job, but all their steps are hindered in the Supreme Court, the agency that I have a lot of respect but does not seem to want me to return the violent criminals and terrorists on Venezuelan or any other country,” President Donald Trump wrote on social network Truth Social on April 21.
This is the first time Trump has mentioned the issue after the US Supreme Court on April 19 asked the federal government to stop applying the enemy law from outside (AEA) in 1798 to expel Venezuelan immigrants suspected of being a gang member.
Attorneys at the US Civil Freedom Alliance (ACLU) have previously filed for the Supreme Court that the Federal Government does not allow immigrants to have the opportunity to appeal when conducting rapid expulsion.
Mr. Trump was elected for the second term with one of the commitments to be stronger in illegal immigration. On March 15, he activated AEA to accelerate a series of Venezuela immigrants suspected of being a criminal gang member to the prison in El Salvador.
Many families object to the Trump administration accuse their relatives as a criminal gang member. Their lawyer said some Venezuelan migrants were taken to the prison in El Salvador based on evidence that was not convincing enough to be tattoos on him.
The US Supreme Court on April 7 asked the White House to inform the immigrants that they were deported according to AEA and make sure these people had the opportunity to appeal at the court.
In the past, AEA was triggered three times during the US -UK war in 1812, World War I and World War II. When asked about AEA to activate AEA, Mr. Trump said, “This is a war period”, describing illegal immigrants as a criminal “invading” the United States.
