Simone Biles is an elite athlete and one of the greatest gymnasts of all time, but she recently admitted she struggled to get through her training.
Biles appeared to have taken some time off after winning her fifth, sixth and seventh Olympic gold medals earlier this year in Paris.
But recently she has resumed her training.
According to Biles’ social media accounts, Pilates was at least part of her first post-Olympic workout, but her experience with the popular exercise isn’t something she’d want to do again.

“First workout since the Olympics,” the fitness superstar wrote on her Instagram story on Wednesday. “This is what I wore to a Pilates class that I will never take again! Stay strong out there lmao. It’s been hard.”

Biles has not ruled out competing again in the Olympics.
“Never say never. The next Olympics are at home. So you never know. But I’m getting a lot older,” Biles, 27, said in August.
The Summer Olympics are scheduled to return to the United States in 2028, when athletes from around the world will descend on Los Angeles. It will mark the first time since the 1996 Atlanta Games that an American city has hosted the Summer Olympics.
In addition to the three gold medals she won at the Paris Olympics, Biles also won a silver medal in the floor exercise.
