Dozens of people have been arrested, vehicles have been set on fire, rocks and bottles have been thrown at police, batons and guns have been thrown in response to the fury. That is the current situation in Los Angeles and many cities in California.

The crisis began when President Trump pledged to deport record numbers of illegal immigrants and tighten the US- Mexico border . Trump gave Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) a target of arresting at least 3,000 immigrants a day.
On the streets of Los Angeles , several self-driving cars were set on fire. Los Angeles police said some protesters threw concrete blocks, bottles and other objects at police.
Police said they arrested 10 people on the night of June 8 and 29 the night before, adding that arrests were continuing.
