Xabi Alonso has officially taken the reins at Real Madrid, and he’s brought a fresh coaching staff with him.
The new-look team includes 7 key members who will help Alonso shape the team’s strategy and style of play.
The 7-member coaching staff includes:
Sebastian Parrilla (assistant coach)
Ismael Camenforte Lopez (fitness coach)
Alberto Encinas (analyst/assistant coach)
Benat Labaien (video analyst/assistant coach)
Tristan Celador (individual work, analysis, and academy focus)
Goalkeeping coach Luis Llopis (who is expected to continue in his role)
Álvaro Gomar and Carlos Herrera will work alongside Encinas and Labaien in the analysis team.
Parrilla, who has been with Alonso since their time at Real Madrid’s Under-14s, will be a key partner for the new manager.
Camenforte Lopez brings expertise in fitness preparation, while Encinas and Labaien will provide analysis and coaching support.
Celador, a veteran employee at Madrid’s headquarters, will focus on individual player development and academy integration.
The new coaching staff has already started working with the team, and Alonso is expected to lead Real Madrid to success in the upcoming season.
Meanwhile, some members of Ancelotti’s staff, including assistant Francesco Mauri and head of analysis Simone Montanaro, have joined him in Brazil, while others, like Davide Ancelotti, are pursuing their own coaching careers.
