Charlie Woods and Kai Trump make strong advances in the AJGA rankings.
Just participate in the prestigious Sage Valley Junior Invitational, Charlie Woods and Kai Trump, who have leaps more than 200 steps on the ranking of the American Young Golf Association (AJGA).
The two most famous young talents in the world golf village recently attracted attention not only by the achievement but also because of the relationship with the cult characters – especially when Tiger Woods publicly relations with Vanessa Trump. Although both are facing many difficulties at the Sage Valley, the tournament is like “The Masters of the young golf”, the competition in a classy playground has brought them a significant step on the rankings.
Charlie Woods, legendary son Tiger Woods, rises to 603 on the Ajga rankings after increasing 235 steps. Although only ranked 25th out of 36 golfers at Sage Valley, Woods still shows a persistent spirit of competition. After the difficulty round of 78 sticks, Woods played better in the next two rounds with a 73 -stick score. However, the last round of 75 sticks (+3) made him unable to reach the top 20. Especially, the last five holes were a big minus point when he lost five sticks, in which the double-bogey shot in the penultimate hole erased the advantage from the birdie in the 14 hole.
On the side of Kai Trump, the granddaughter of US President Donald Trump, though ranked last among the 24 female golfer group with a total +52 (79-89-83) point, still had an impressive step, an increase of 285 steps to rise to 530 on the Ajga rankings.
Both Woods and Trump are studying at the famous Benjamin School school in Florida. Although Sage Valley is not the official tournament of Ajga, but due to the gathering of many top talents, the tournament is still calculated for the maximum score for the rankings.
Besides the Ajga rankings, two young golfers also promoted significantly on Universal Golf Rankings. Charlie Woods rose to 658 in the world after dancing 125 steps, while Kai Trump reached 1300 after increasing more than 100 steps in the young women’s golf rankings.
Although the desired results have not been achieved, the competition at Sage Valley not only helps them improve their rankings but also an important milestone on the journey to conquer the peak of professional golf.
