The wrath of Mr. Trump’s supporter revolves around the ‘Epstein profile’
Minister Bondi criticized from the Maga faction when she did not announce the “epstein record” as committed, although the White House defended her.
After taking office as Minister of Justice in early February, Ms. Pam Bondi regularly mentioned the US Department of Justice’s investigation with the Epstein case. She accused the predecessor of hiding many relevant information and will publicize all, as President Donald Trump’s commitment when he runs.
The Maga platform (causing the great America to return), including the most powerful supporters of Mr. Trump, praised Bondi’s efforts. But they were soon disappointed when the Ministry of Justice and the US Federal Investigation Department (FBI) were published about 100 pages of “phase 1” document, with most of the content coincided with what was confidential in 2024.
In the interview ofFox NewsIn February, the host asked: “Did the Ministry of Justice will announce Epstein’s ‘customer list’?”. Ms. Bondi replied that “the document is on my desk to wait for consideration.” But the Ministry of Justice and the FBI on July 7 rejected the existence of this document and announced the closing of the case and did not disclose more information.
The evolution immediately made Maga angry. A series of influential people and allies of Mr. Trump accused Bondi “deceiving Americans”. They urged the White House to dismiss or even impeach the judicial minister.
“This woman will be forgiven for damaging everything before being fired?”, Laura Loomer’s right activist wrote on X. “She is embarrassing, doing nothing to help President Trump.”
For President Trump’s supporter, the way Bondi Ministers resolved the “Epstein record” was the latest example showing her that she often changed its stance.

Jeffrey Epstein, born in 1953, is an American financial billionaire. He was arrested in July 2019 in accused of buying a series of minors from 2002 to 2005 at villas in New York and Florida. This businessman faces 45 years in prison if convicted.
Epstein rejected all allegations and was imprisoned at Manhattan prison. In August 2019, Epstein hung suicide in the cell. The billionaire once faced the same allegations in 2007, but signed an agreement to plead guilty to prosecutors and were imprisoned 13 months on lighter crimes than prostitution.
The Epstein case quickly became the focus of “Internet detectives”, conspiracy theory and party. They tried to link Epstein’s criminal acts with the Democratic politicians or the Republican Party. This is even more noticeable when Epstein only receives a mild penalty in 2007.
The fact that Bondi refers to the “customer list” on the desk in February has raised the theory of conspiracy, although there is no evidence that this document exists.
“Everything will be announced. The American people have the right to know,” she continued to assert in March.
The curiosity rose when Elon Musk, the former White House adviser, in early June posted on X that President Trump was “named in Epstein” and that was why it was not public. Mr. Musk then deleted this post, expressing regret that some posts “went too far”. However, the Democratic Party promptly seized the opportunity to attack the Republican government.
Minister Bondi on July 8 corrected that in the interview of Fox News, she “mentioned documents about Epstein in general, not ‘customer list’. “Stop protecting her boss and old customers,” the Democrats wrote in a 6 -page letter to Mrs. Bondi on the same day.
“She should have just said ‘I haven’t considered the documents and will notify later’,” said conservative commentator Liz Wheeler. “She is spreading suspicion in the background of support of President Trump. Not only her reputation is threatened, but President Trump’s heritage also faces danger.”
Conservative radio Erick Erickson said that Mrs. Bondi should be fired because of “repeatedly lying the American public”.
The right Podcast leader Jack Posobiec criticized Bondi for the closed Epstein. “I am very angry, disappointed, like being used after coming to the White House and receiving a record that has been published in advance, but was introduced as ‘a new document about Epstein’,” said Posobiec. “They said there will be more information published. But nothing.”
Bondi has also made exaggeration statements about immigration, drug policies, which legal experts think that can harm the reputation of the US Department of Justice before the court and in the public eye.
“If you form the habit of saying anything, as long as the political advantage at that time, sooner or later it will backfire,” Peter Keisler, Acting Minister of Justice under President George W. Bush, warned. “The trust from the court and other institutions brings greater value, and she is wasting that element in this way.”

Bondi supporters said she had helped the US Ministry of Justice, who was a closed agency, became closer to the voters’ foundation to support Mr. Trump more by regularly appearing on television. Her exaggerated style also partly reflects Mr. Trump’s approach on matters.
The White House defended the way Bondi handled the Epstein case. “The Ministry of Justice is committed to conducting a comprehensive investigation,” said White House Secretary Karoline Leavitt. “They did that and announced the results. It was transparency.”
In the article on social networks on July 12, Mr. Trump called on supporters to stop attacking Mrs. Bondi.
“I don’t like what is happening. We have a perfect government, mentioned by the whole world, but selfish people are trying to harm it, all just because the man named Jeffrey Epstein. For many years, the problem of Epstein repeated. Don’t waste time and effort for Jeffrey Epstein, no one cares,” he wrote. “Let Pam Bondi do her job. It’s a great person.”
