Behind the Billions: CEO Andy Byron’s lavish life unfolds in a shocking Coldplay kiss-cam moment – rumors of wild affairs with countless women ignite the fire! What’s behind his empire? Take a look inside before it disappears…
The tech tycoon and his mistress, the human resources manager whose affair was exposed by a “kissing cam” at a Coldplay concert, both appeared to be living the American dream – including happy family photos and large suburban homes – before the infidelity scandal shattered their lives, sources said Friday.
Megan Kerrigan, the wife of unfaithful Astronomer CEO Andy Byron (50), shared happy family photos with him and their supposed sons on Facebook before it emerged that he was unfaithful with the company’s HR director, Kristin Cabot (52).

Their friendly Facebook photos showed the Byron clique grinning and hugging on a hike and at a graduation party – before Kerrigan deleted her married name and the entire social media account on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Cabot appears to be married to alcohol company CEO Andrew Cabot – and bought a lavish $2.2 million estate with him in the coastal town of Rye, New Hampshire, less than five months before the affair came to light, The Post learned.
According to property records, the duo paid for the two-story, four-bedroom, New England-style home—just minutes from the Atlantic coast—in February.
Cabot, whose maiden name is Stanek, has also been sharing a second home in the same city with Andrew Cabot, the CEO of Privateer Rum, a Massachusetts-based alcohol producer, since at least 2023, according to records.

Privateer Rum’s website lists Andrew Cabot as the company’s CEO and COO, and his biography states: “An ancestor, the original Andrew Cabot (1750–1791), was a merchant, rum distiller, and successful American privateer during the American Revolution.”
A photo of the couple allegedly posing with two children circulated on social media this week, but the Post Office was unable to confirm when or where their alleged wedding took place.
Kristin Cabot’s now-deleted LinkedIn account shows that she has been an “advisory board member” at Privateer Rum since September 2020.

On Wednesday, Byron and Cabot desperately tried to hide their faces when they were unexpectedly caught embracing on a “kiss cam” at the rock show at Gillette Stadium on Wednesday night.
At that moment, as she stood there like a deer in the headlights, Cabot covered her face and Byron quickly ducked out of sight.

“Oh, what?” said lead singer Chris Martin, visibly confused. “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just really shy.”
“Shit… I hope we didn’t do anything bad,” he added.
Just moments before the two unfaithful colleagues were kicked out, they repeatedly kissed and hugged each other while seemingly singing the lyrics of the band’s hit “Yellow” to each other, according to fan footage obtained by TMZ.
Astronomer, a company specializing in AI-based data, also flourished in the months before the scandal. The company reportedly raised nearly $100 million from major investors and grew rapidly.
In May, the company announced it had secured $93 million in Series D funding, with backers including Bain Capital, Salesforce, Venrock, and Meritech. “While this is just one step in Astronomer’s journey to building a long-lasting, sustainable software company, we are thrilled that one of our early investors, Bain, is leading the round,” Byron said in a statement at the time.
On Friday, Astronomer announced that it had launched an investigation into the embarrassing incident. The newspaper suggested that the company’s board had been unaware of the close relationship.
“Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set standards for both conduct and accountability,” the technology and data company said in a statement.
“The Board has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will provide further details shortly.”
According to an Axios report, Byron was negotiating a severance package on Friday after he and Calbot were placed on leave.

The astronomer confirmed in an email to the Post late Friday evening that Byron was on leave.
“Co-founder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy is currently serving as interim CEO, as Andy Byron has taken a leave of absence. We will provide additional details as appropriate in the coming days,” the company said.
On Friday, the Coldplay fan who accidentally exposed Byron and Calbot’s affair in a viral social media clip had a blunt message for the smooching couple: “Play stupid games… win stupid prizes.”
“I had no idea who the couple were,” 28-year-old Grace Springer, who filmed the moment, told The UK Sun. “[I] just thought I captured an interesting reaction to the kiss cam and decided to post it.”
“Part of me feels sorry for turning these people’s lives upside down, but when you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes,” she said.

As of Friday, the viral footage had been viewed around 50 million times.
Neither Byron nor Cabot commented on the incident.
“It’s terrible because she’s the head of human resources! She’s having an extramarital affair with the CEO. In short, what worse HR gaffe could you possibly commit?” employment lawyer William Cafaro, co-counsel at Big Apple-based Buzin Law, told the Post.
“The only thing that could be worse is if the HR manager was having an affair with one of her employees. That’s the only worse possibility I can think of—but something like that ranks pretty high.”
