Reese has become one of the most popular players in the WNBA and fans pay attention to what she does on the court and even on social media.

Amid all the rumors about her dating life, Reese reposted a telling video on TikTok of a woman talking about not seeing a black girl unhappy with a “fine white man.”

After she sat next to NBA superstar Kevin Durant to watch a Team USA women’s basketball team game, fans started speculating about the two dating. In the first episode of her “Unapologetically Angel” podcast which premiered on Thursday, Reese clarified the situation.

I don’t even know how that even became a thing, ’cause I sat next to somebody — my friend was sitting next to Steph [Curry]… KD has literally been my favorite player since I was a kid and is still my favorite player. I love his mom, she comes out and supports the games. So that was that,” Reese said.
