American MPs submitted a series of terms to impeach Mr. Trump

“I submitted the terms of impeachment aimed at President Donald Trump,” said Democrats Shri Thanedar, Michigan, announced on X on April 28. “When Mr. Trump ignored the Constitution, the National Assembly and the Courts, he did not ‘fight for the United States’. He was destroying the United States, threatening democracy.”
Mr. Thanedar’s website listed 7 terms to impeach the White House owner, such as hindering justice and abusing the executive power, appropriating the right to allocate budgets, abuse of trade power, violating the first sentence on protecting freedom of speech, establishing illegal agencies.

According to the US Constitution, the House of Representatives is an authority to decide whether or not to be impeached with a federal official, including the president. Any MP can submit the Episcopal Terms to start the process. If the House of Representatives approves the terms with the majority of votes, the corresponding federal official will be impeached and the Senate is the trial agency. If the Senate concluded that it was guilty, that federal official was deposed.
This is the first time a Democrats sought to impeach President Trump in the second term. This effort is likely to be unsuccessful because the Republican, who is dominating the majority in the House of Representatives, will reject.
Democrats Al Green, Texas, at the beginning of the month, announced the provision of the White House boss “in the next 30 days”. Senator Ilhan Omar once mentioned the idea of impeaching Defense Minister Pete Hegseth, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and director of the National Intelligence Agency Tulsi Gabbard related to the scandal of the White House chat group Signalgate.
President Trump in the beginning of 2017-2021 was twice being controlled and impeached by the Democratic Party. He was later all of the Senate, where the Republican party accounted for the majority and pronounced the sentence.
