National Intelligence Director (DNI)Tulsi GabbardHaving just published a series of documents that the former presidential governmentBarack ObamaDeliberately manipulating the document assessing Russia’s intervention in the 2016 election.

Ms. Tulsi Gabbard announced 114 email pages revealed that the cabinet in charge of the national security of Mr. Barack Obama has faked and manipulated intelligence about Russia to want the US presidentDonald Trump, who was the presidential candidate in 2016, won the election that year, Bloomberg reported.

In a statement on July 18, Gabbard said, “there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 by the highest government officials of the Government.” She called for investigation and prosecution of related people, regardless of the power.
Gabbard’s statement is in contrast to the Senate investigation ended in 2020, as well as conclusions from the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) published in early July. Accordingly, evaluation pointed out some unreasonable points about the investigation said that Russia intervened election, but kept the conclusion that Moscow wanted Mr. Trump to win in 2016.
After Ms. Gabbard announced the above emails, Senator Mark Warner, a democratic member of the Senate Intelligence Commission, said the conclusion of the dual party agreed on the Russian thesis to intervene in the 2016 election to benefit Mr. Trump.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who used to be the Senator of Florida and was also in the Senate Intelligence Commission, previously affirmed the investigation “has found an undeniable evidence of Russian intervention”.
The Democratic Party criticized the latest move of Ms. Gabbard with political motives and conflicts with previous reviews.
114 Pages of documents include carefully edited email exchanges among officials of intelligence agencies, discussing and debate about the possibility of Russia in 2016 election intervention.
The announcement includes the versionsaoof two versions reviews from the US intelligence community. A draft on September 12, 2016, saying that “foreign competitors are unable to attack the election system”.
Another version on 5.1.2017 concluded that “Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a campaign to influence in the summer of 2016 aimed at the US presidential election”.
Russia has long denied intervention in US presidential elections.
Gabbard’s announcement on July 18 emphasized the stance from the intelligence that “there is no sign that Russia threatens to directly manipulate the votes”. She said that an intelligence synthesis at the time after the 2016 election stated that “the Russian side did not affect the recent US election results by carrying out toxic network activities against the election infrastructure.”
However,The New York Timesquoted Warner as saying that Gabbard was confused when comparing intelligence assessments. Accordingly, in the report in January 2017, Obama’s government had never concluded that Russia tried to attack the election facility, which said that Moscow was trying to influence the public to lower the reputation of Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton and show the favor for Donald Trump.
“This is only another example of Dni’s trying to counterfeit books, rewrite history and erode her faith in the intelligence agencies she is leading,” Warner said.
