He said, “Either you’re having an affair or you’re just really shy,” followed by, “I hope we didn’t do anything wrong.”

Ron Zambrano of Los Angeles-based West Coast Attorneys told The Mirror: “All of Byron’s legal claims are dead on arrival. He has no grounds to sue.”

Zambrano continued: “First of all, it would be immediately dismissed as a limitation of Coldplay’s creative language and ability to be artistic during their performances.

“Secondly, Byron and Cabot gave up their right to privacy when they decided to participate in a public event, so that their public affection is not about them.

Andy Byron’s lover backs away from his position

Kristin Cabot has finally resigned from her post.

“I can confirm that Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomers,” a company official confirmed to NBC News. “She has resigned.”

Less than a week earlier, Byron resigned after an internal review.
