Angel Reese explained the reason why she is still single after having expressed the criteria of her next partner.
While Reese played LSU, the Star striker dated with his colleague Cam’ron Fletcher academic basketball player. However, the two separated in March 2024, with Reese remaining the single since then, despite the rumors that float that the 22 -year -old was in a relationship with various NBA players.
While Reese continues to live the life of a bachelor, the star of Chicago Sky presented what she is looking for in a new potential partner. Addressing journalists after an unrivaled match, Reese has exercised specific stipulations for those who wish to court the 22-year-old basketball star.
“I have a standard for what I live and how I live my life,” she told journalists. “And as long as you can meet and meet my expectations, so yes.
“Do not get angry and try to buy me things that you cannot afford. As I said, know what you are committed to. It’s like going to the store and buying a Louis Vuitton bag that costs $ 3,000, but you can’t buy it twice. So, as I said, know what you are getting involved.”
Reese’s recent criteria also comply with what she said in the past with a slight turn. During an episode of his “shameless Angel” podcast, Reese shared that any potential pretender should be at least “6 feet 7 or 6 feet 8 inch” and had to have more substance than money.

“They have to bring something completely different to the table. There is nothing that you can buy me, that I cannot buy myself,” she said at the time. And although her skills stormed basketball fans, Reese also mentioned rumors that floated to say that she was going out with Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant.
“It was never one thing,” said Reese. “I don’t even know how it became one thing because I sat next to someone. My friend was sitting next to Steph [Curry]. I don’t even understand that. I don’t even know where it came from. KD is my favorite player since I was a child and is still my favorite player. He’s DMV, I love her mom, she comes out and supports the game.”
For the moment, Reese focuses on BC pink, his unrivaled team and helping them reach the playoffs after a less than stellar start to the season. After winning only one of their first five games, Rose launched five consecutive victories, thanks in part to Reese’s impressive game lately.
In the victories sequence, Reese has an average of 15.8 points, 15.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists. After Rose’s last victory over Phantom BC, Reese explained that she was playing with a “chip on her shoulder” to prove that skeptics are wrong.
“The sequence of five consecutive victories, we continue,” said Reese after the last victory. “They classified us down. We were the last team, nobody believed in us. We believed each other in the locker room, so we continue to prove each other, to come every day and to work, [and] the works show.”
