President Donald Trump is approaching his 100th day in office, a tumultuous period marked by market swings, social media outbursts and a number of constitutional crises.
Trump and his administration are currently publicly defying court orders to bring a man mistakenly sent to a mega-prison in El Salvador home.
Meanwhile, the markets continue to react to Trump’s ongoing trade war with China and his administration’s work to secure dozens of trade deals with other countries over the next several months.

Bernie Sanders: Judge’s Arrest Is Trump Moving ‘Toward Authoritarianism’
Sen. Bernie Sanders issued a grave warning about the Milwaukee judge’s arrest Friday, saying it’s part of Trump’s pursuit of “unchecked power.”
“Let’s be clear. Trump‘s arrest of Judge Dugan in Milwaukee has nothing to do with immigration. It has everything to do with his moving this country toward authoritarianism,” Sanders said in a statement, listing more examples of Trump’s concerning behavior.
“He is illegally usurping Congressional powers. He is suing media that he dislikes. He is attacking universities whose policies he disagrees with. He is intimidating major law firms who have opposed him. He is ignoring a 9-0 Supreme Court decision to bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia back from El Salvador, where he was illegally sent. He is threatening to impeach judges who rule against him,” Sanders said.
“Trump continues to demonstrate that he does not believe in the Constitution, the separation of powers, or the rule of law,” he concluded. “He simply wants more and more power for himself.”
