US National Security Advisor before leaving the White House told Mr. Trump to “be careful of 4 countries”
Jake Sullivan, National Security Advisor to President Joe Biden, has sent a message to Donald Trump to be especially wary of four countries and not make the mistake of isolationism.

Attention to competitors is recommended.
Jake Sullivan is not only Mr. Biden’s “confidant” but is considered by many politicians to play a core role in the government’s de facto advisory team, leading the US foreign and military policies. But this trusted advisor is also about to leave his position along with the Democratic Party’s disgrace.
The US media described Mr. Sullivan as an “intelligent politician, clear-minded, logical in action and always able to find solutions”, with very high work efficiency, thus winning the trust and confidence of Mr. Biden and the Democrats.
On December 5, while attending a meeting of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), a US think tank in Washington, National Security Advisor Sullivan spoke about the urgent situations that the US has faced in the past and in the future.

Mr. Sullivan said that during his tenure, the US has done a lot against China, saying that the US “has been forced to use sanctions, export controls and other restrictive measures” to deal with China. He also talked a lot about the increased cooperation between China and Russia, saying that China has at least “provided dual-use military and civilian products” to Russia. Mr. Sullivan boldly speculated that Russia may have exchanged unknown technologies with China, and that the scope of this cooperation is growing and has attracted the attention of the US.
Mr. Sullivan then made a proposal to the Trump 2.0 administration, asking Mr. Trump to “pay attention to the four countries of China, Russia, North Korea and Iran” and be careful about their increasingly close cooperation.
He pointed out that this was not to prepare for a new Cold War, but because these rivals posed an increasing threat to the United States. He suggested that Mr. Trump should not follow the path of isolationism but instead spend money to encourage companies such as the defense industry to develop and deploy systems that help the United States and its allies counter “adversaries and competitors.”

Last month, Mr. Sullivan also declared that “China is prepared to attack the Trump administration,” which also proves that the next administration’s top target will be China. He suggested that Mr. Trump must fight from both ends, and also continue the policies of the Democratic Party.
China is now gaining more say in international trade, actively promoting the “Belt and Road” initiative, and building a wide economic cooperation network and establishing close cooperation with many countries in infrastructure construction, trade, cultural exchanges and other fields.
Once Mr. Trump took office, he was certain to implement an “America First” policy and reshape the global trade order. China’s actions in reshaping international trade rules have clashed strongly with US unilateralism.
China reacts strongly
Chinese media said that what Mr. Sullivan said about the “alliance” of China, Iran, Russia and North Korea was nothing more than an endorsement of the “evil alliance” theory fabricated by the US media to smear China.
According to Chinese media, the rise of China in the field of science and technology has made the US worried that its monopoly in technology will be broken, so it has imposed many restrictions and suppression on China in the high-tech field. Mr. Sullivan’s fabrication of the “opposition front” of four countries also clearly shows this.
