Nelly Korda reveals disgusting menu at Champions Dinner at the Chevron Championship.

Ahead of the Chevron Championship 2025, the reigning champion Nelly Korda announced the menu for the Champions Dinner, a traditional event dedicated to golfers who were crowned. This year’s menu imprinted Korda’s Czech Heritage, and was processed under the talented hands of world famous chef Thomas Keller.

Just two weeks after the Major male season started with The Masters at Augusta National, the female golf fans officially entered the big season with Chevron Championship. Last year, Nelly Kora won the second Major title in his career, defeating Maja Stark (Sweden) with two sticks to succeed Lilia Vu to become the new king at The Club at Carlton Woods.

Similar to the tradition of The Masters, Chevron Championship champion has the privilege of choosing a menu for Champions Dinner held in the next year. This year’s party will take place three days before the tournament started, with the menu that Nelly Kora himself came to ideas and chef Thomas Keller realized.

Nelly Kora came up with an idea for a Champions Dinner with a Czech flavor.

The appetizer will be high -class caviar from Regiis OVA Caviar – Keller’s own brand in California, combined with big tuna tuna (Bigeye Tuna) with cucumber, green apple and dill. Before the main dish, the guests also enjoyed mushroom cream soup with young onions and fresh peas from the garden.

True to the spirit of honoring the roots, Korda cleverly put the Czech cuisine at this year’s party, like Lilia Vu isolation used to introduce Vietnamese influential dishes in the 2024 menu. Besides, there is Greek salad, white asparagus, grilled sweet potato cheese and mushrooms.

The dessert also bears the imprint of Korda’s homeland with Ovocné Knedlíky – traditional fruit dumplings, covered with Anh Tuc roasted seeds and sweet vanilla sauce.

Lilia Vu appreciated chef Thomas Keller.

With the direct guidance of Thomas Keller, this year’s Champions Dinner party promises to continue impressive impressions. The proof is that after the party last year, Lilia Vu did not regret the praise: “Each dish is brought out perfectly beyond expectations! ”
