The US Department of Justice said on April 14, Jamison Wagner, 40, living in the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, was charged with the federal level on charges of intentionally destroying property and destroying explosive property, because of using gasoline bombs in the Tesla car display agent at Albuquerque on February 9. He also sprayed the words of the billionaire for billionaire Elon Musk and Tesla Company with fascist on the store wall.

Wagner was also charged with the same charges for using a republican office bomb in New Mexico state last month. He may be sentenced to up to 20 years for each crime.

“Consider this as a lesson for those who participate in the wave of political violence taking place in the United States,” said Justice Minister Pam Bondi. “We will arrest offenders, prosecute and not negotiate. The offender has to bear the consequences.”

Federal -level prosecuted people in the US often suffer more strictly sentenced than local laws, where such crimes are usually sentenced to only 18 months in prison and a fine of 5,000 USD. In March, US President Donald Trump announced that Tesla’s property destroyers could be expelled to El Salvador.

Mr. Musk, South African billionaire, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, is facing a wave of boycott because of directing the US Government’s streamlining campaign as the leader of the Government Performance Committee (DOGE). A number of Tesla dealers and its cars in the US as well as some countries around the world have been burned.
